Six of Swords – Sadness Trauma Recovery Travel

Six of Swords – Sadness Trauma Recovery Travel

This could be a period of doubt, sadness or mild depression… in short, feeling the blues.

Life is full of ups and downs. We all feel the blues from time to time and need to recover from everything that has been going on. Usually there is nothing physically wrong… you just feel down in the dumps. This is ok and as I said, everyone goes through it. For some, getting away from everything for a little while really helps. The Six of Swords can suggest travel – both internally (soul-searching) and externally (going on a vacation or getting out-of-town for a while).

This card can also indicate recovery. Perhaps you have been going through a tough time lately and that time is now coming to an end. Better times are ahead and you are heading in the right direction. Allow yourself to feel your emotions for what they are… let them go through their course and look forward to the happier times that are coming your way.

On a positive note, the Six of Swords suggests that this period of sadness will not last forever. There are better times ahead to look forward to.

Wishing you love and light x

Page of Cups – Emotion Intuition Love

Page of Cups – Emotion Intuition Love

In my readings, the Page of Cups suggests new areas of love in your life… or new and renewed feelings towards loved ones. There are opportunities coming which will allow you to really feel deeply about people and situations.

If you are single, this a great card for you. Go with your heart and don’t be afraid to love and be loved. Let your intuition and your heart guide you. Listen to them.

If you have young ones, this will be a time of deeper love and bonding. Let your hair down and have some fun with them. Get messy, muddy and silly. Splash in the puddles with your welly-boots on. Remember what it was like to be a child and make some lasting happy memories. If you have a child who is moody and grumpy most of the time (and lets face, most of us do…) now may be the time to get have some lighthearted fun with them.

Your natural intuition is switched on – and it knows the difference between good and bad.

I love when this card appears in a reading – with all the hope, joy and optimism it brings. If you would like to learn more about what the cards say about your love life, click here to order my love tarot card reading.

Ten of Cups

Ten of Cups

A lovely card to draw on a cold bleak snowy morning here in Scotland.

With a recent addition to my family (little boy) this has been a time of much celebration and happiness. When drawing this card I thought about the times ahead and the changes and challenges that will come into our lives as we learn to accommodate this wonderful little guy.

The Ten of Cups is a positive card, suggesting joy and optimism with harmony and peace at home. Yes, there will be sleepless nights and times when our patience will be put to the test, but there will be support from family, friends and loved ones. Barriers will crumble and those who have been distant from us will come back into our lives to share in our joy.

Love, respect and understanding are the keys to a happy home 🙂

Two of Wands

Two of Wands

The two of wands is a promising card which suggests, that with a certain amount of hard work and focus, success is possible in whatever path I take. Creative opportunities are coming – and it’s possible that a decision will have to be made as to which of them is the best direction to take.

This card has a particular relevance for me today as I begin to look at new ways of taking my career forward. I know that there is hard work ahead, but I am prepared to do what has to be done to be successful. If multiple opportunities come my way, I would be wise to evaluate them individually before making any long-lasting commitments.
